START SCHOOL “Sikorsky Challenge”

continues the season of pitch-sessions - 2020

 

 

Startup School “Sikorsky Challenge” holds pitch sessions of innovative entrepreneurs who introduce potential investors to interesting projects.

 

To participate in the pitch-sessions are invited:

 

1. Teams with their projects

 

If your team has not been trained in our Startup School, please get acquainted with the terms of participation for speakers when registering to the event.

 A participant in a pitch session who is not a graduate of the Startup School “Sikorsky Challenge” agrees to the following Terms of Participation in the event: If your project is of interest to (an) investor(s) and he(they) is(are) ready to finance its further development and creation of a startup company, further work on the project will be continued in the Business Incubator “Sikorsky Challenge” to which you cede a certain percentage of your share in the nominal capital of the company being created

2. Investors and business angels who are also asked to familiarize themselves with the terms of participation for investors when registering to the event.

 A guest, including a representative of a venture fund, an investment fund or a business angel, in case he wants to act as an Investor, agrees to the following Terms of Participation in the event:

- Do not take any actions to independently conclude a contract with the Graduate of the Startup School "Sikorsky Challenge" without a written notification to the Business Incubator "Sikorsky Challenge";

- When making a decision to act as an investor, he must become a party to a tripartite agreement (Investor, Business Incubator “Sikorsky Challenge” and Graduate of the Startup School “Sikorsky Challenge”) to regulate further joint work.

Organization of a pitch session

 

1. Those wishing to participate have to register on this page.

 

2. A competitive selection of projects will be conducted, and we will report the results to you.

 

3. Project teams selected to participate in the pitch session will be invited to the event. The session will be held at the Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship of NTUU "Igor Sikorsky KPI" (Peremogy ave., 37 bld. # 6) at 16-00. The time may be specified.

 

4. All speakers should have a presentation on the USB flash drive.

 

5. Time-limits: 5-7 minutes for a pitch, 10 minutes for discussion, questions and answers.

Requirements for the participants of a pitch session

 

MS PowerPoint presentation is compulsory. The presentation should be in one of three languages (Ukrainian, Russian, English). The duration of a pitch does not exceed 7 minutes.
